Should any issues arise, we will provide you with receipts and detailed paperwork to assist in resolving matters with the respective provider. However, we are not authorized to issue monetary refunds, provide legal advice, or accept liability for any service-related disputes, cancellations, or changes.

Please be aware that all booked trips, flights, or accommodations are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective third-party providers. Changes such as overbooking, unforeseen weather events, delays, or cancellations are at the discretion of the airline, hotel, or developer and fall outside of our refund or service policy.

Maximus Vacations assumes no responsibility for any death, bodily injury, illness, or cancellations arising before or during booked flights, trips, accommodations, meals, or activities. We do not provide refunds for any travel-related adventures, services, or meals.

In the event of service-related issues, discrimination, or cancellation, we recommend seeking independent legal advice for guidance and assistance. While we are happy to assist with customer service matters, concierge services, or documentation related to refund requests, the traveler is ultimately responsible for initiating and resolving such claims with the respective provider.

Maximus Vacations does not claim liability for refunds, cancellations, or other disputes. Our role is to facilitate your travel experience and support you with the necessary documentation, but refunds or resolutions must be sought directly from the service provider.

Terms and Conditions ("T&C")

2. Rebooking and Cancellations

  • Maximus Vacations will assist with rebooking or cancellations free of charge within a 48-hour window of the incident, provided the request is reasonable.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of rebookings. Refund vouchers are not accepted as legal tender for future transactions.

  • Legally binding agreements, such as memberships, property contracts, or bookings, are strictly between the customer and the developer or provider. We cannot cancel or alter such agreements once the cancellation window has passed.

3. Privacy Policy and Data Usage

  • Maximus Vacations collects, uses, shares, and processes customer data through our Privacy Policy. This ensures we provide a seamless experience and secure the best deals for your travel needs.

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. However, we cannot be held responsible for any data breaches or unauthorized access resulting from the use of your device during transactions.

4. Governing Laws and Partner Responsibility

  • These T&Cs are aligned with the laws and regulations of Clark County and the state of Nevada.

  • While we collaborate with trusted brand partners to offer deals and packages, we are not responsible for any issues arising from interactions with these partners. All subsequent dealings, tours, or plans are governed by the terms and policies of the respective providers.

5. Liability and Legal Advice

  • Maximus Vacations cannot procure legal representation, provide legal advice, or assist in pursuing lawsuits on your behalf.

  • Customers are encouraged to seek their legal counsel for disputes regarding service, discrimination, or cancellations.
